Last month saw the Barnsley Hospital Heart Awards 2017 take place at the Holiday Inn in Dodworth, with almost 300 guests gathering to celebrate the hard work and dedication of staff and volunteers.
Pixelwave Creative is proud to have produced 12 short films for the Awards, including highlights of the shortlisted nominees on why they were in the running for an award.
It is the fifth consecutive year that we have produced films for the Barnsley Hospital Heart Awards, with the videos played at awards ceremony prior to winners announced.
This year we produced 11 category films, featuring 33 shortlisted individuals, teams and volunteers, as well as one intro/welcome film to open the evening, with filming taking place over three days and across multiple hospital departments, including the Theatre, Acute Medical Unit and Maternity Ward.

The Heart Awards, hosted by BBC Look North’s Harry Gration, were a fantastic success – again.
